FAT... How much is too much?
I am trying to lose fat and I have read information, including the cutting sticky, on separating your carbs and your fats. I see that every meal, whether carb or fat, is suppost to be combined with protein. But, every protein source contains fat. So I guess my question is... How much fat is allowable during a Pro/Carb meal?

Pick a lean protein, most are naturally fat free.
Chicken
Turkey
Shrimp
Fish
and the list goes on~

The cut of the meat also matters. Top sirloin is a good choice.
