My Cutting Diet - Based on sticky =)
***Height: 1.90m // 6'2" ***Weight: 196 Lbs ***Age: 20 ***BF: 10-12 %

Meal #1:
8 Egg Whites , ½ cup of oats with sugar free syrup (atkins one ) , 1 small wheat tortilla with mushrooms.
Meal #2
25g Protein Shake , 2 tbsp Flax
Meal #3
Veggies , 2 Chicken Breast
Meal #4
25g Protein Shake , ½ cup of oatmeal with sugar free syrup ( atkins one )
1.5 Hours Later
Workout
Meal #5
PWO Nutrition
50g Prontein Shake , 75g dextrose
Meal #6
Veggies, 2 Chicken Breast, ½ cup of rice or oatmeal.
Meal #7
25g Protein Shake , 2 tbsp Flax , 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

I would stick with one protein shake a day and take it right after training 2:1 ration...dex/pro shake.
You want to eat as many solid(real food) meals you can.

Since you are cutting, I'd nix meal 7, no need for the fat after your work out just carbs and protein. Instead of taking 2 tbls of flac at meal 2 why not take one at meal 2 and one at meal 3? The rest looks ok, I'd prolly opt for a Pro/Fat meal pre work out, but thats me!

Eat more protein from whole food sources and less from the protein shakes bro. Read the stickies!

45 min later Meal #1:

Meal #4
25g Protein Shake , ½ cup of oatmeal with sugar free syrup ( atkins one )

50g Prontein Shake , 100g dextrose
Meal #6
Veggies, 2 Chicken Breast, ½ cup of rice or oatmeal.
Meal #7
25g Protein Shake , 2 tbsp Flax , 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

id ditch the veggies ppwo i wouldnt want ne fiber slowing my slin spike
up the protein by 10 gs in ur last meal
