How does this look for Pre and post workout
I'm thinking about buying Serious Mass by ON--how does this look if I take it pre workout and post workout, the serving is actually double this--but I would only take half at a time
Carbs 125
protein 25
sugar 10 grams(its listed as 20 grams--but other sites say 40 grams)
anybody ever take this

guessing you're bulking, dexrotein / 2:1 ratio.
then you want a solid meal with high carbs again and protein 1 /12 to 2 hrs after workout.
what are your stats

lifts consist of squats--bench--deads--bent over rows---and clean and presses---doing a variation of 5x5 program---3 lifts a week with running on the 2 off days

ahh nevermind--not gonna get the weight gainer---just gonna stick to dextrose and pro complex---seemed like the wieght gainer is too much money to last for a short period of time
