    Anybody ever take the supplement Carbo Hits?

    Just picked up some Carbo Hits, anybody here taken it?

    its complex carbs in powder form, 54 grams/serving, only 1 gram of sugar, my trainer recommended it as a substitute for some of the rice and potatos here and there

    i know a guy who is a national level competitor who swears by them, mainly b/c he takes in 90g of carbs per meal WHILE DIETING!! lucky bastard. I am thinking about getting some myself...got any placees with good prices on them?
