cuttin diet update/critque
180lbs probably 17% bf looking to get down to 10 and then lean bulk from there hoping to do this for the next 2months or so
meal#1 2 scoops whey/1tbs flax shake pro=50g fat=14g
meal#2 2 cans tuna/1 tbs mayo/green beans pro=60 fat=11g
meal#3 1 cup ground beef/green beans pro=30 fat= 23
meal#4 pwo shake 2 scoops whey/dex pro=50 carbs=75
meal#5 ppwo chicken breast/1/2 oats pro=55g carbs=30
meal#6 1 cup cottage cheese/2tbs natty pb pro= 46g fat=16
total cals=2281 pro=300 carbs=109 fats=74
non lift days
meal#1 2 scoops whey/1tbs flax shake
meal#3 2cans tuna/green beans 1cup oats
meal#3chicken breast green beans and 1cup oats
meal#4 1 cup ground beef
meal#5 whey shake 1tbs olive oil
meal#6 1 cup cottage cheese/2tbs natty pb
cardio is done 1h every morning and sometimes an extra 45 on non lifting days depending on time ECY stack is being used and glutamine is taken. usually train 4days/week
i have been cutting so for 6 weeks but this is just and updated diet with some alterations

not bad. More fibourous veggies in replace of the beans. dex/pro need to be a 2:1 ratio.

ok il throw in some brocoli and spinach and bump the dex to 100g...is this going to be too much sugar while cutting tho?

nah man...shoulndt be to much sugar just depens on ur body type and how ur body will react to it try it for a couple days see what happens
