    6)Protein Shake- 50/3/0- 210
    Flax PB- 8/3/5- 80

    Total= 323/138/33 - 2105

    the macro's look good

    60/25/15 is pretty similar to what i use on a cutter- although i use slightly more carbs

    you might wana boost your carbs in your PWO shake

    and if you wana have a shake before bed, make sure its casein protein

    i personally would limit the amount of shakes - just one PWO would be sufficient IMO

    really, limit the shakes? Also, why casein? Oh, I will boost the carbcs PWO as soon as my dextrose gets here.

    yeah shakes are good for getting to your muscles as quick as possible eg PWO
    but offer little thermic value, and your body dosent have to work that hard to digest it - meaning it doesnt tax you metabolism and you want to keep your metabolism as high as poss when cutting

    protein from food is better than from shakes

    Casein is a slow digesting protein which makes it more suitable for before you go to bed
    although i would ditch the shake altogether and eat cottage cheese with some other form of protein (whites/ham/chicken) and some fat (flax/PB/almonds)

    I understand what you are saying about the shakes. I'll change that. What purpose does the cottage cheese serve? Just as a source of protein? I hate cottage cheese and would happily supplement it with something else.

    now I understand. By the way that flax pb has 8g protein/3g carbs/5g fat per tablespoon.
