Question Cutting diet for working out at night- please critique

I'm trying to help a friend of mind to figure out his Diet, I just have to figure out the order in which he eats because he traines at 11pm and is up at 9am. Would the order of food intake stay the same?

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Meal 4:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Workout

    Meal 5:
PWO Nutrition, Shake w/glutemine and flax.

Would you add or take anything away?

    Thank you

Thank you Texas for your help, may I ask why dextrose? I had a friend tell me to add Pineapple in the PWO meal to replenish the glycogen.

    Thanks

    Thanks

Pineappple will be fine, it has enzymes that actually help break down protein. He should add one more carb source though. Whether it be Dex, oats, milk, etc... Which ever he prefers. I'd also have himn eat a solid meal right before bed. Some cottage cheese and a fat.

Pineapple is packed with Bromelain. Which is a powerful protein digesting enzyme. Which also happens to be of benefit to BB's because it has a natural anti-inflamitory action as well.

    Here's some great info:
