    calorie intake

ok...i have a question....i know the answer to this...but i just need backup from some experts.....if you dont eat enough calories while youre on a cycle or off a cycle you will not maintain or build muscle...correct? and i know that eating 700-800 cals a day is not the correct way to go about maintaining and building muscle....right?and for the record you can burn muscle while juicing?i already know the answers to these but i need a little backup...thanks guys

im no expert but i say you are correct.

that many calories is not a recommended intake for any adult. Weather or not he is into bodybuilding.

I agree, damn, the daily allowance for a normal average being is around 2000 calories right? 700-800 is really starving yourself.

no matter what you do u kan not break the laws of physiks
if u burn more than u put in u kan not maintain or gain muscle mass
yes GH and others kan HELP YOU TO LEAN OUT while putting on mass
    but ur stilleating ample cals

if u go INTO a cal deficit AAS will help prevent ALOT OF CATBOLISM but not 100% of it

if your not getting adequate calories whats the point of running a cycle anyway? im tired of reading posts about guys jumping into aas and asking why they aint gaining and they post their diet and its like 3,000 calories. i guess thats ok if you weigh like 120lbs. steroids are not magic, your diet is even more critical while on a cycle then it is if your doin it natural. people want to inject themselves but dont want to put in the work in the gym or kitchen.
