Back in the game...any new advice out there.
Been unable to work out for the past eight months due to a car wreck and resulting back problems. However feelin great now and am gonna try to cut back down to where I used to be. Probably gonna need to drop about 15lbs of fat to be happy.
Other than standard diet and excercise stuff is there any new info thats come about in the past year.
Diet will be an easy cutting diet with about 1800cals a day. High protein/no crap carbs etc. Cardio 45 minutes to an hour and body weight and light freeweight training until i really see how I'm doin.
Thanks in advance.

1800 cals is pretty low my friend....if you are gonna be able to work out then i would try to keep cals as high as possible and use cardio and training to lose bodyfat. As long as you eat the right foods you can lose without going lower than 2000 cals. (and even that's real low)
