What percentage of bf
What percentage of bf does it take to have visible( not under fat, but good hard abs)? Because i have been trying to cut weight and ive hit a plateu of around 185, and a guy suggested to me that maybe my body just wont let me cut anymore and i need to develop my ab muscles, this true?

If you have pictures of your abdominal section, all the easier to analyze.

Seriously a pic would greatly help indeed. I have found that my abs/midsection are not as developed as i imagined now that i am at a lower BF%...i am working on it and am seeing results...i do need to work harder and in different ways though.
Swole or anybody got a killer ab routine?

its SO individual. I can be at around 9-10% and not have the slightest hint of my abs while my buddy can be well above 13% and have the outlines and at 9% he has veins on the stomach.

because of a good ab routine i went from not being able to see my abs at 8% to havin them out and hard at 10% in one year.

I would say adjust your diet and up the cardio a day or two and of course work the abs more if possible. Dude your midsection is not bad at all...if i were you i would'nt worry about it much and start bulking.
Of course we would need to see your diet etc.. to make decent suggestions but generally cardio and diet are the key to low BF% and seeing abs....at least IMO it is.

So you are complaining you cannot see your abs? I'd say check your eyes, lol. j/k
Man your abs are looking good for your current weight. Put some muscle mass and train them harder and they'll get bigger.
