Very low test levels: Diet Strategy

Hi bros, I posted a similar message on the steroids forum but I htink I'd get a better response regarding my diet here.

In summary, I just got some blood work done, and my test levels came back really really low (130 to be exact.)

Lately I have been noticing that I am losing strength and LBM - I can't gain weight at all. I have also been noticing more fat deposits in my abs though.

I was wondering what the best dietary approach would be in a situation like this. Should I keep the cals high? I eat pretty clean already, in somewhat of a bulking/maintenance phase, and I was wondering if it would be beneficial to cut down cals a little bit to avoid getting fat or upping/maintaining cals to avoid more muscle loss?

    Thanks!

I would want to get to the bottom of why my test levels are so low first. Have you seen a doctor?

well eat cleaner and up your EFA's it has been shown that an increase in EFA's *NOT SAT FATS* will help increase natty test lvls.. by how much I DONT REMEMBER and i dont have any studies on hand so beats me

and decreasing cals my decrease amount of muscle you add but it will also lower fat storage as well
its the road u travel.. u kant put one on w/o the other
w/ muscle comes fat.. w/ muscle goes fat
