newbie question
This may be a stupid question, but i'll never know if i don't ask. I workout 4 days a week (MTRF). And i eat a s**t load on the days that i do workout. But the days that i don't workout i get the mentality that the food i take in is gonna turn to fat because I'm not doing as much work that day. Is this a fallacy? Should i eat just as much on days i don't workout. Thanks for any comments.

First of all how much, what you eat and if it will turn into fat depends on a lot of things, your goals, your metabolism, current BF%, health, training volume/style etc... You question is too generalized.
I would start by looking at the sticky's at the top of the diet forum and reading as much as you can about dieting. If you want a quick assessment of your current diet post exactly what you eat on workout days and non-workout days meal by meal.
You may also want to post your current workout in the workout forum for critiquing.
Good luck.

well since ur in a recovery state on ur days off... and u need food to reconstruct your broken down muscle tissue YOU HAVE TO EAT and EAT YOU SHALL!
btw like ur avie its cute CHIPMUNK PRIDE~
anyways i would decrease my calorie intake by 3-500 cals on non lifting days unless ur very active or an ectomorph.. but w/ the mind set *IT MIGHT TURN TO FAT* i wouldnt think ur a true ecto.
for better answers ask better questions

if anything, you might just want to lower your carbs slightly, unless you play recreational basketball on your off days or something like that.
