Vpx Zero Impact Diet Review?
if you read magazines like me youve probably seen this advertised. i know that ther diet kit includes their brand of thermogenics and zero carb protein, but is there a diet in it as well? and if so what does it entail? and is it just a generalized diet or does it tell you how to adjust it from individual to individual? just curious what they have going. thanks.

Never heard of it, but any "diet" or "program" that encourages the sale of THEIR SUPPLEMENTS is going to be f*cking whack.

yeah i hear you on the supplement thing. i dont know if its a generalized diet so to speak, that was more or less what i was asking. because on their site they say to have a program set for you call a number and have your weight and bf% ready. that was before they put out the diet to be bought, so i was wondering if they give you something in the "kit" to determine the diet on your own or if it was just a generalized one.

Agree with the above statements. Selling their own Programs with included supplements is all marketing. Then I'm sure once you run out of their supplements they'll recommned the same.
A "diet" should be set for the individual based on their gender, Anthropometric measurements, age, and maintenance kcals. IMO a general diet as such is a waste................Last edited by SPIKE; 02-15-2006 at 07:59 AM.

i think the point is being missed. im asking if anyone has purchased this and if they KNOW if its a generalized diet or not, not if people think it is. like if they give you some kind of guide or spreadsheet to calculate your dietary needs based on weight and bf%. the whole reason i asked this is just because i was curious of what kind of formulation they were putting out there.

hey guys sorry to bump my old ass thread , but since i originally posted this thread they have released their diet kit. i have seen what is in their diet plan and it looks pretty solid. it is not a generalized diet, all the macros are broken down for each individual person by lbm. i know once you run out of their supplements they of course prefer you to buy theirs but you can easily replace them with other brands for less money. i havent tried it but if anybody out there has or is currently doing it what do you think so far? do you have a review on it? is it worth trying ?
