    Revised Bulker....Critique fellas

    6'5", 240lbs. about 14%BF

    Shooting for 4,000 cals per day (500 above maint) and following a relatively clean bulk as I'm looking to minimize bloating and fat gain since I will only be doing 2 days per week of light cardio

    380g PRO, 300g CARB, 115g FAT

    8am
    10 eggwhites w/ ketchup
    1 serving of cream of wheat w/ water
    3 slices of 100% whole wheat toast
    ALA

    10am
    50g of whey in water
    3 tbsp of natty pb
    ice
    sesapure
    CLA

    12:30pm
    1 can of tuna w/ lt. mayo
    2 tbsp of Flax
    sesapure
    CLA

    3:00pm
    chicken breast
    2 flour tortillas
    BBQ sauce
    green beans
    ALA

    4:30
    Workout

    5:30
    PWO Shake
    50g of whey in water (no dex)

    7:00pm
    2 serving of whole wheat pasta
    chicken breast
    marinara
    mushrooms
    onions
    peppers
    ALA

    9:00pm
    50g of whey in water
    3 tbsp of natty pb
    Sesapure
    CLA

    11:30
    50g of casein in water
    2 tbsp of flax
    sesapure
    CLA

    Roughly 4,000 cals

    looks good riss! the only thing i would suggest is to make either your 9pm or 11pm meal whole food. you shouldnt go that long w/o a whole food source...especially before bed, IMO.

    that looks pretty solid...im a firm believer in having ur carbs higher than protein when bulking tho...just low glycemic, complex carbs i do a 45/35/20 (carbs/protein/fat) the only thing i would change is possibly pwo meal..get some carbs in there...my diet i use MHP up your mass for pre workout nutrition and then cytosport cyto gainer for post workout nutrition so far so good...

    I'm a bit carb-sensitive, that's why I'm experimenting w/out carbs for PWO right now. I do get plenty of complex carbs in PPWO though. Is it cool that all my fats are coming from flax and natty pb? I try to get about 50g of each per day

    i dont see why not...i also use peanut oil or olive oil in some of my protein shakes for fat source

    If you dont want dex PWO just go with oats or brown rice...PWO is the most important time for carbs IMO...
