    PPWO i have a question!

    For my PPWO meal i am having 2 salmon filets and a cup of oatmeal. this is at least an hour after my PWO shake of 48g protein 60g dex. is this PPWO meal ok because i know the salmon contains good fats, but is this mixing with my PWO at all... or should i switch this up??...
    i'm just looking for some good advice and some creative opinions.

    also are the oats and the fats from the salmon and the oats mixing in any detrimental way since this is PPWO???

    i'm sitting here eating it wondering if it's such a good idea...

    Switch it up..Have a piece of grilled chicken. I know some people mix macros but even though salmon contains EFA's there would be to much in two filets.

    it's only a total of 8 oz. of fish with a total of 5g of fat?

    Other people will disagree though but I have been mixing macros with results just not in PPWO.

    i might just do the fish in the morning and do 2 chicken breast with my PPWO...
    i only try and mix macros in my first meal...

    Experimenting is key..Try it and see what happens if not switch it back up. Good luck which ever way you go.
