What protein mixes do you guys like from them?

They have so many choices that I just dont know what I should get! I'm looking for a good breakfast shake, preworkout, post-workout and middle of the night snack. I'm just confused by the number of options on this site.

Dunno, but I use Dymatize Elite Protein from the supplementmarket.com sponsor on my site.

i'd have to say...dymatize is the best bang for your buck. but i wanted to see what all the true protein fuss was about. got 3 seperate kinds (only 1lb) and they are all really good (choc, straw, grape). all the FAST RECOVERY formula.

but it isnt so good that i will get a barrel of it. im sticking to my butter toffee
