    Canned Veggies

I am cutting and around lunch time I have been eating Can of tuna and Can of green beans. WOuld normally eat fresh broccoli but it doesn't stay fresh in my desk drawer lol. Canned green beans good replacement? While cutting that is?

i eat them all the time, IMO no green veggies are going to hurt you. sometimes you gotta make adjustments based on your schedule. there's no fat and minimal carbs... not a bad way to go

Canned veggies are not bad for you, but it has been proven that the many nutrients found in fresh fruits and veggies lose most of their value when cooked and canned..

Best option for fresh is frozen...

    Good Luck
