Tai Cant CUT :(
yep mental issues ... really cant cut
as soon as i lose any str at all i go through some weird emotional moments like crying, and other womanly stuff
anyone else got this prob?

heh, yeah but i wanna be a strong man more than anything
but im like 290+ 15-16% not healthy >< gotta get down to about 12% which is like dropping 13lbs of fat or something thats like 7 weeks of cutting w/o a crash diet

Just cut slowely and do a powerlifting routine. For me I can keep strenght easily if I do lots of lowrep work. But if I try high rep work while cutting I die.

just imagine how even more hot you'll look at 12%!! and know that you could still lift anyone outta the gym even when your strength is down. you can do it tai! stop bein a p*ssy...j/k

first post is my regiment that has been WORKING WOUNDERS for me, though i was extremely skeptical when i worked w/ a few people to create it.
after u read me regiment skip to page 3, thats where it gets better or atleast a lil more organized... Freakin Kurz whored it up in my dam thread
