    bored of bulking

    ...and i'm only in my 4th week

    i'm on just under 5000kcals a day and it is actually getting painful trying to cram all this food in my stomach

    i am NEVER hungry when it comes to meal time - i am constantly bloated - burping and farting like a lunatic with a huge stuck out belly even though my body fat is still only 10%

    and in a couple of weeks i'm gonn ahave to add in some more calories somewhere - Urgh, the striggle within

    just keep on doing it bro... you made a good cutting cycle and, now try to gain some mass just think youll look alot better after in long term :P good luck best wishes

    thats the encouragement i need , rather than:

    "why are you eating so much?
    "why do u want to get bigger? your big enough already"
    "you will start to look ugly if u get any bigger"

    and all the other cr"p i get from people on a daily basis

    i dont understand why people have to be so negative - but i suppose thats a whole new thread in itself

    I feel you man, I'm just finishing up my 16'th week of bulking and about to start cutting in a month or so. That month cant come soon enough. I'm eating around 4600 a day and I'm just never hungry, it's always force everything down on schedule. Nothin to do but keep on truckin', you'll be one deisel mofo.

    Keep goin man, I feel your pain. The moment I started bulking and getting all bloated is the moment I wanted to start cutting again.

    i think you will do it .. just keep up the hard work + you may consider adding some cardio to your program so you can keep eating with less pain dude .

    you just describe exactly what i have been going through in my bulker. i started adding more omegas to my diet to up the cals, it seems less volume wise which has helped.

    how many times did you switch up your routine during that 16 week bulker?
    or does anyone have any recommendations on how many times to switch up a routine? i am doing a 12 weeker and was going to switch it up slightly every 4 weeks...sound ok?
