Ineed some help with my diet plz
Hi everyone im just looking for some help. Im 5"7 at 150 (im small but still young dont want to get to big either nor want to lose my few muscle)pounds around (12% BF). Im looking to get shreded my diet looks like this.
Breakfast
1c of cofee
1c oatmeal
4 egg whites
Mid Morning Snack
1/2c oatmeal
1/2c wheat bran
1 scoop whey
Work Out (45m-1h)
1 scoop whey
20g Dextrose
20g Maltodextrine
Lunch
5 oz Chicken Breast + Veagies
Cardio (30 minutes)
Snack
1 can of tuna + hot sauce
Dinner
Fish or Lean meat + Vegies
Before Bed
3 oz Fat Free Cheese
Im also supplementing with (All this for 5 weeks):
80 mug of clenbuterol daily
100 mug of t3 daily
250 mg of equipoise weakly
875 mg of glucophage with the first 2 meals
Right now Im taking just that i wanna droop my BF to around 5% without sacrifiying to much of my muscle.
Should I also supplement with proviron , when should I take my nova, should i take HCG fr PCT, Should I eat less or should change something in my diet?
I had a blood work done before starting my cycle wich sayed that bouth my cholesterol LDL and HDL where high althought HDL just slightly and I was pretty sensible to Insulin , everything else was normal. Plz Im willing to take any help or advice thank u guys.

not trying to flame, but your diet needs work all around. it seems like you're very uneducated in what you're putting in your body. if i were you, i'd lean bulk for awhile, read up more, and then run what you're running now (if that's what you seriously still want to do). best of luck

as hawktribal posted check the bulking sticky try to pack in some muscle and the cut... youll look great not too big and cut becasue if you cut now what muscles are you going to cut? .. you said youre young how old? cause i dont recommend usea gear being to young you have natural test flowing trough your body!! if you want to cut imo re-arrange all your diet it need a lot of changes youre not eating any EFAs... and try to do cardio in the AM after workout your muscles need to rest IMO... ok guys thanks Im switching cardio to 45 min of elliptical AM and ading some peanuts, sesame seeds, and flax seed keep you guys posted

yeah bro, cutting at 150 isn't going to get you anywhere. whatever muscle you have will be gone. spend some time and bulk for awhile, just do it clean. i promise you'll be much happier with the results.
