    For you NUT eaters....

    When you eat something like peanuts, almonds, walnuts, how in God's name do you measure the fat content? Normally, I would just grab a handfull and toss em back, but I'm thinking precontest.........

    understood....but let's say peanuts...I'm not going to crack the shells and weigh them each time....is there a rough estimate? 1 ounce = what 20-30?

    Hey L. Priest what i do is that i weight my nuts 28g = 14g of fat if you want a rough measure it can be like
    Large Nuts: ( cashews, almonds ) Around 18 or 20 nuts
    Medium - Small nuts : ( Peanuts ) Around 28-33 nuts

    thats what I was looking for....so about 15 shelled peanuts = serving! Not too bad.......
