One of my fave meals for a good bulk is hamburger helper. Honestly man its high in carbs cuz of the pasta and high in protein. I like the "Cheesy Shells" that best out of all the hamburger helpers, it tastes amazing and when you add a pound of lean ground beef you are gettin 100g protein and also the cals are 1500. That is is you finisht the entire thing. I usually split it into two meals as You cant absorb all that for muscle growth.

Exactly man. The stuff tastes awesome. ALthought I make it different than they suggest on the box. I make it just as I would make Kraft Dinner. I just boil the pasta until its soft enough for your liking. Then drain the extra water. Then add the cheese powder that it comes with and stir it around, add some water or milk if it doesnt mix quite properly. Then after its all mixed add in the cooked ground beef. DELICIOUS. But who knows maybe you're gonna hate it lol. But it is a good meal for high cals. My favourite anyways.

But there are a lot of alternatives man. A weightgainer could be used etc.

100% whole grain tortillas are good and you dont have to cook anything.
