    Hard boiled eggs for a snack before bed?

    I usually have about 3 whole ones and 2 with out the yolk, I'm trying to cut right now could this screw me up? This occurs about 2x a week or 1 maybe.????

    Anybody have any ideas for a snack before bed that isn't to harmful while cutting?

    Slow digesting protein (Casein) and a fat to slow digestion. I eat cottage cheese and some natty PB.

    I prefer mine separate but if you'd prefer it that way. As far as rice cakes, you don't want to mix carbs and fats especially before bed. I'd stick with protein/fat before bed. A guy I work with competes and he eats 12 whites before bed, seems to be working great for him.

    i have 4 egg whites with tuna and some flax oil, works great

    Me neither..good to go. As long as you don't combine carbs in with it.
