To much tuna?
Im on a bulking cycle trying to put on around 25-30 lbs. Aside from my regular high protein meals I put down 3 cans of tuna a day. I just mix some hot sauce or anything to change that tuna taste. Anyways will eating 3 cans of tuna ed be harmfull in anyway? thanks.

Consuming too much mercury can lead to vision problems, slurred speech and other things. However I dont think eating too much tuna is a big deal. The tuna you get from the can comes from younger tuna fish so they do not have as high levels of mercury as the adult fish. So I dont see 3 cans being a problems at all. Only prob is it takes like horse semen with old cheese on it.

i tend to think that the whole mercury in tuna thing is overhyped...
that being said...i still wouldn't eat more than 1-2 a day...that's just me though.

i eat a can a day, i used to eat 4, and i never felt sick or anything. never had any symptoms either. it's one of the lowest mercury containing fish so i wouldn't worry about it. if you feel like shit just stop...
