    Preparing for Spring Break

Alright fellas, I need your help. Instead of looking forward to goin on vacation, I'm busy figuring out ways to maintain proper nutrition and avoid losing my gains from alcohol consumption. I'm goin with a bunch of my college buddies who plan on drinking every night hard. We're getting a city pass so cover and drinks are free every night at the designated locations.

I'm gonna attempt to take a few nights off, or at least take it easy. However, a few nights of thrashin out are inevitable. I'm not to concerned about gaining fat because I'm lean and lose fat easily, but I was wondering what I could do to help preserve muscle (as far ar diet and supps go).

I'm gonna bring a lot of tuna and chicken (in a pouch). The place we're staying at has a kitchen as well, so I should be able to prepare decent meals. As far as supps go (I know wrong forum, but a lot of you guys don't go in their as much), what should I bring to conserve muscle? Was thinkin about bringin some Glutamine to take before and after drinking, Multivitamin, and some Protein (will have to get the individual pouches). Any suggestions fellas?

Also, maybe some natty test boosters like Tongat since test levels drop? Hopefully with all that shvt, they don't give me a hard time at the airport.

ive known some big guys who have recently started doing triathlons. they are trying to lose muscle to get smaller and they said its harder than u think. even if u were trying to lose muscle, i dont think u could lose much in just a week. dont get me wrong, you WILL lose some and probably wont lift as many lbs the first time back to the gym. if i were u i would not stress over it, get drunk, who cares.

Yea, the thought of all the dieting and training going to shvt makes me a lil paranoid. I don't even know if the place i'm staying at has a gym or else I wouldn't sweat it as much.

I have tried Sesapure while on vacation, it helped a bit with the over eating, but def. helped me recover with the alcohol..

Never heard of it before. I wasn't to worried about over eating so much, mainly the alcohol issue. How did it help you recover? I read something from a website that said it aids in raising test levels and protects the liver?

Edit: Read some studies that it helps regulate metabolism of alcohol in the liver, interesting..

dude your young obviously, go out and have a good time. you have been good for a while and are probably in pretty damn good shape. one week of fun won't kill you just be prepared to hop on the train once you get back. have a good time.

Yea, I feel you. I'm psychotic(not really though) just like an anorexic girl, except I don't want to hinder gains.

Yeah, well i mean 1 week won't do shit all. Think about hwo long you've been doing the whole bb thing and working out, 1 week of fun won't do much. Sure you'll have to work extra hard to get back into the same shape you were before you left, but just really enjoy yourself that week so its all worth it in the end.

we only live once ,remember that

    have a good one, bryan

bro, i'm kind of in your situation. i'm heading to an all inclusive in mexico for a week on saturday. i know you're paranoid but... keep in mind we (i'm asuming) train hard and work our asses off 51 weeks out of the year. take that one week and fk everything. you're young once and i say enjoy it while you got it. get smashed, go party, and get yourself laid. i promise you're training when you get back is going to be more than intense just to make up for what happened on spring break. have a good time on your trip bro. try not to hook up with any burners

It made me not have that shitty hangover feeling, plus for like 25 bucks it gets rid off all of that poison thats in alcohol, IMO it is worth it. I mean 1 week prob won't hurt you, its just that if there is something that will help my body recover and protect my liver while I destroy it for a week, I'm all in.

I know I am going on spring break and I just don't give a f*** what I drink or how late I stay out. During the day I will try to watch what I eat, but I will just work on it when I get home.
