    2 food questions.

    I bought some low fat salad dressing becuase I was getting sick of oil and vinegar. This is what it has in it.

    Calories 70
    Fat Cal 70

    Total Fat 6g
    Satfat 1g
    trans fat 1g
    Polyunsat 3.5
    Monosat 1.5
    Carbs 2

    I usually eat 3 salads a day topped with 6 hardboiled eggs for my pro/fat meals is this dressing bad or should i go back to my oil and vinegar.

    Also, the cafe had baked sweet potatoes today, i swooped up 2 of em and wanted to know if they are GI carbs the same as yams basically. If they are good Pre workout or postworkout carbs with some protein.

    Can a sweet potatoe be used at Post workout with protein shake?

    My fave salad dressing is Kraft Ultra Low Fat Italian, tastes really good and has 5 calories per 2 tblsp
