    plateu

I seem to have stoped gaining any weight at 170 lbs eating 3500 kals a day, I read somewhere that after about 12 weeks of a high protein diet youre body gets used to the protein and stops gaining, so you should drop the amount for 2 weeks. Is this correct or should i just up the kals.

    any help is much appreciated.

you may try not taking in that shake on meal 1 2 4 6...eat whole food instead like the rest of your meals...especially meal 6 I would eat some whole food...it being before bed...cottage cheese is the popular choice right now...

but mostly I believe you just arent taking in enough whole food...the other meals look okay IMO...not a big fan of popcorn though...I believe those calories could be filled with a little something better...

looking much better, you can add splenda to your cottage cheese to make it sweeter, or add pepper if it's too sweet already... i just eat it withmy natural peanut butter...
