    Cutting diet. Need lots of help..

    5:.00 Wake up

    5:15 20-45 minutes of Cardio

    6:00 Protein Shake (mixed in water)

    6:30 50g Oats
    1cup Skim Milk
    4 Egg Whites

    9:00 Whey Protein (mixed in water) or Low Carb Protein Bar

    11:00 1can Tuna or 1can Salmon
    Salad with light dressing or 1cup Green Veggies (uncooked)

    1:00 1can Tuna or 1can Salmon
    Salad with light dressing or 1cup Green Veggies (uncooked)

    3:00 Whey Protein (mixed in Water) or Low Carb Protein Bar

    5:00 Workout

    6:30 PWO = Whey Protein (mixed in water)
    5ml of Flax Oil

    8:00 1 Chicken Breast
    1cup (cooked) Brown Rice
    1cup Green Veggies (uncooked)

    Right before bed 1cup low fat Cottage Cheese.
