good stuff. I bought from them like a month ago and there was a hole in it and like 1/2 leaked out. I talked to them and they took half off my next order so it was like $5 for 5lbs including shipping.

It's the right forum, but this is a hi-jack!

It's corn sugar, used pwo by many to begin the recovery process, glycogen replinishment, and to halt catabolism. Usually mixed with whey protein and water in a 2 to 1 ratio, carbs to protein.

Swole, do you use dextrose PWO? or did you at one point? i'm just curious as to what you use, or recommend using... if it's anything other than dex...
