    full fat mayo or low-fat??

I was at the supermarket earlier picking up a few things and when I was comparing mayo it seems like the full fat is much healthier, because the low-fat has much more ingredients, like high fructose corn syrup, etc. When I had mayo its with my tuna for a pro/fat meal.....So I should be ok using full fat mayo when cutting/clean bulk right guys? It just seemed more natural..

most of the time, when fat is reduced to make the claim "low fat", sugar and other crap is put in. I love how twizzlers advertises that it's a low fat snack choice....That must mean it's good for you!
