    Need some diet help...

    1st Meal - Oatmeal and Protein Shake
    2nd Meal - Pasta and Chicken\Chicken Breast and Rice + Protein Bar or Small Shake
    3rd Meal - Chicken Breast\Tuna+Salad
    About 6pm: Protein Shake
    4th Meal - Steak\Chicken + Side Dish
    5th Meal - Steak\Chicken + Side or Salad + Protein Shake

    I know I'm probably hitting about 280-300 grams of Protein a day.

    Bro, gotta give us some more info. Stats, what are you doing, cutting/bulking??? What amount of other macro's are you eating.....You post is very vague I don't see how anyone could advise you as you didn't tell anyone what you are looking to accomplish.

    Ohh sorry...the rest got cut off during copy and paste....

    I'm currently 190lbs and want to be cut and start building mass up to 215-225lbs. With less than 12 percent body fat.

    I'm stacking BSN Products such as No Xplode, Nitrix, and Cell Mass.

    Calorie Intake : Trying for 3000+ a day.

    You'll need more than 3000 cals a day. At 190lbs, 3000 cals is right around your daily requirement needs, you'll need a lot more. Also, you need to post the macros for each meal. Take a look at the bulking threads at the top of the forumn.
