    Getting That 6 Pack

It's obvious that clean diet is needed to get the ab's out, but is it also true that when you train the ab's that they burn up fat around the stomach as well. Curious to here opinions on that.

    Speed.

I am going to look for the thread, but I remember a while ago that everyone said that you can't spot burn fat.....

but it does help your abs show up if the muscles below the fat are bigger than if they are small.

yah, didn't think you could spot burn fat.

it's takes time/hard work/dedication for them to really show

You can add mass to your abs which will help them show at a higher bf% (at least that is how it has been in my experience) and then you cut the fat and they are cut deeper and more defined...

Yea arnold in his book called it spot reduction....totally false...in theory doing 1000 cruches will burn up more calories and maybe cause more fat lose than with 100...but spot reduction is not true
