Its when you start losing that you realize you still have so much more to lose
Ho My God, i barely start dieting 2 weeks ago and i was then 203 pounds.
Started on a Sunday after going bonkers when i tried my 38 inches pants and could not fit into them anymore.
I started to follow a low carb, high protein and EFA diet.
I am now down to 188 pounds, and realize that i got a lot more to lose then i even imagine.
Going to the massage therapist tomorrow and lets hope that he gives me good news and clears me up to start training again.
Last time i saw him he said this summer around July.
I was very surprised that i didnt plateau at 193 pounds like i usually do.
Well since the weightloss is going great might has well continue til all the lovehandles are gone, and the lower back fat.
This summer i can start training again the right way, no more bulking up.
Take it easy and slow and make sure that the gains will be muscles.

There always seems to be another 10 pounds that I need to lose, so I feel you there. But I must say, I'm very concerned that you lost 15lbs in 2 weeks. Seems a little quick IMO. Too quick. Water weight??

Has i get older i realize that the extra weight is not needed and is more of a chore to carry around, and since its not all muscles why the hell bother.

Being in ketosis this week has a lot less effect then last week, headache and lack of energy, this week i feel fine.
Also the Stimulant X is still working fine and regained the energy that i add lost last week.
