    Quick advice...

    I'm following the bulking diet in the sticky and today is going to be a bit screwed up because I have to hit the gym early ... so I will only get in a pro/carb meal prior to lifting...will this matter much for one day? Thx!

    Also, if I folow that plan I would be eatring a pro/carb meal after lifting also right?

    don't sweat it sh!t happens sometimes I have a lot of school work or work itself so somtimes I lift early with just breakfast for my first meal followed by pre workout. As long as you get your meals in the rest of the day and all the kcals it might be a little tricky becuase the times you eat will be screwed up, but youll be fine
