    Need diet tips.

Is there any useful tips or links for diets on bulking and leaning with or without AAS? How much calories are needed for each , bulking - leaning - with ASS - without ASS?

    Ive been getting mixed responses.

Need urgent help or guidline to follow!

Ive read them and I understand them but I just want to know mostly about leaning up...do the calories need to be low when AAS to strip fat as you would eat when natural?

Your dieting approach should be essentially the same, regardless of aas use or not.

Ok that explains leaning...so do i have the same approach for bulking on ASS as natural? According to the weight calculator my calorie intake for bulking naturaly should be 3587 calories each day, dont I have to increase the calorie intake while on AAS?

This advice is so important as I want to master my dieting to be succesful.

I also was the under the impression that you up your calories while on AAS (at least while bulking).

Not that it matters to me any time soon, but that's not the case?

Your diet will determine if you get bigger or smaller, fatter or leaner not the AAS. This question is SOOO general. Some AAS are taken to help lose weight and keep lean mass, others are to just pack on size. Whatever AAS your taking should compliment an already proven diet for whatever your goals are.
