how many carbs in pwo 2 for me?
i take about 35-40 grams of pro and double the dex according to what type of workout. now i usually eat my pwo 2 an hour and a half later.. this is usually rice/ricepasta, tortilla chips, whatever. I usually eat about 40 grams of these carbs and about 35-40 grams of pro coming from tuna, fish, chicken, etc...
the question:
in pwo 2 how many carbs do i actually need to take in to help recover?
and
should these carbs be limited to brown rice sweet potatoe?
thanx a ton, i have a photoshoot june 4th and want to look my best

It's going to depend on the rest of the diet, along with your goals and stats. Too vague of a question to provide any type of answer.

meal 4: 1/4 cup of oats and 20 grams of pro (this is preworkout, sometimes i have 1/2 cup depending on what my day is like)

Low GI carbs...brown rice, oatmeal, etc. 1:1 ratio w/ protein. PPWO should follow one hour after PWO.
