    When it talks about not mixing foods and drinking during meals because its bad, has this ever been proven?

    During the dangers of anti acids it quoted "maggots form from rotting food". This is where i knew they were just saying stuff because that was a theory that died along time ago when it got disproven by a group of sceintist.

    Anyways tell me what you think.

    Don't ever take antacids, Prylosec (the purple pill), Pepcid AC, or Axid, as that would be a huge mistake! Medical doctors prescribe them but really they don't know much about the human body. Let me explain in detail.

    There is no such thing as "Acid Reflux Disease." What you are actually suffering from is indigestion. You are not digesting your food. Most Americans do not digest their food. Before I proceed, I would like to explain an incident that happened to me a few years ago.
    This is some Tom Cruise crap... There is no such thing as Acid Reflux Disease?! Tell that to people with weak esophageal sphincters... Medical doctors don't know much about the human body?! Well, they obviously know more than Ron Kosloff who doesn't know how the human digestive system works...

    Your food rots - creating bugs, worms, parasites
    What the hell! I didn't know rotting food could create new lifeforms! That is one of the worst, most ill researched articles I have ever had the displeasure of reading. Bodybuilding.com should be ashamed...

    Maggots are mutations created from rotting food. I don't know if you're aware of that, but that's exactly what happens in your stomach.
    The notion that maggots 'formed' from meat was proven wrong decades ago! LMAO!
