Guys, Ive read alot about what diet I should consider, particularly when on a course. The thing is, I cant seem to stomach the amount i need to eat. I can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner along with the odd protein shake but thats about it!!!! Is there anything I can take to increase my appetite and what supplements are available to give me the right amount of protein and carbs etc between my meals that wont crucify my appetite. I really am beginning to struggle!! Thanks
