i am currently trying to cut some weight following the cutting sticky. i have one question and problem. I am also trying to get in better cardio shape for soccer so i do some high intensity cardio workouts three days a week, which are seperate from my weights workouts. what should my diet be on the days i only do my soccer workouts. should i stay away from carbs or have them, should they be positioned around my soccer workouts. any help would be appreciated. thanks
