b4 bed
I am currently on a bulking cycle, however trying not to gain any fat stores. I am currently eating two pieces of whole wheat bread with peanut butter right b4 my protein shake b4 bed to slow digestion, I hate oats so my question is two pieces of real whole wheat bread b4 bed shouldbt cause too much greif right?

I never eat bread personally. And from what I have seen whole wheat really doesnt make much difference, its almost the same as white bread in some cases. I say cut out the bread and definitely dont eat like Kraft PB...make sure it is natty.
I usually go for cottage chese (1%) before bed.

Throw the natural PB into your shake t slow digestion and avoid the bread (forgotten what bread tastes like lol, never eat it!)
Like Bino said cott. cheese is also a good choice for b4 bed.

I personally would not eat any form of carbs right before bed...either a slow release protein shake or a handful (1-1.5 oz) of mixed unsalted nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts)..keeps me full

eat what keeps you comfortable and not deathly hungry when you wake up. i know a lot of guys do whey+flax, but wow i did that ONE NIGHT and when i woke up my stomach hurt i was so hungry. so i have to have solid food before bed. i go with natty peanut butter and cottage cheese a lot. or eggs and oats, something sccrumptious, but experiment a little man. see what works.

I always have a solid meal. Otherwise I cant sleep well.
In order to avoid fat gain what you eat before bed isnt important. What you eat during the entire day is. If you are like me and need a solid meal to sleep well taylor your daily diet to allow that.
Combining peanut butter and bread isnt good for any meal regardless of time though, unless you have very fast metabolism and can get away with it.

pb and bread? Thats not a good idea no matter what time of the day. Try having a solid meal such as salmon or chicken and some EFAs..

carbs before bed
just eat some egg whites, natty p.b., and cottage cheese which was already suggested; this doesn't get me bloated what-so-ever and gives me enough energy for the elliptical in the morning.
