Hello all

I am currently one week into my cylce

12weeks test-e 250mg twice a week
30mg BD dbol ED 4 weeks
.2 mg L-dex ED

I am an endomorph and started my cycle at 179 9.5-10% bf
I am up 6.5 pounds this week following a diet of

PROTEIN 2x bw
Carbs 2xBW
healthy fats to raise my calories to 20% over maint.

at 20% over maint I think I saw decent gains and with the added cardio I can still clearly see my top 4 abs (bottom2 blury) so I don't think too much has been water.

How often should I be increasing for maximum gains.
250-300 calories a week spread between pro/fats/carbs I was thinking

Id like some opinions on wether I should be adding more or if this should be ok. Id like to stay at a decent BF so all my calories are coming from clean sources.
