    Carb meals on Cardio Days

I usually have 2 carb meals on Cardio days.

The First one is usually 45 minutes after I cardio in the morning and my 2nd carb meal would be 2 meals later.

If i cardio in the evening i will usually have oats for breakfast and then 3 pro/fat meals, then i would cardio 3 hours after the last pro/fat meal. then 45 minutes later have my 2nd Carb Meal.

Does this seem like a good approach During a LEAN Bulk???

I know i don't need 7/8 carb meals a day ever, but i am still wondering if my approach on off days is where it needs to be.

this may explain it a little better...

    Meal 1 Pro/carb
    meal 2 pro/fat
    meal 3 pro/fat
    3 hours later cardio
    meal 4 pro/carb
    meal 5 pro/ fat
    meal 6 pro/fat

How many cals, carbs, protein, and fat are you taking in every day?

After what meal do you work out?

on work out days I do...

    pro/carb
    pro/carb
    pro/carb
    pro/carb
    pro/fat
    pro/fat

I love this approach...keeps me going all day and I am losing weight and keeping if not gaining muscle.

If you are bulking, even "lean" whatever that means, I see no reason to be doing cardio 2 times a day.

Simple dietary adjustments would take care of any need for excess cardio.

what are your macros? also, cardio on your off days? why? seems to me like you may be taking in too much fat and not enough carbs. what is your carb/fat intake like on your workout days? this just doesn't seem right, especially for a lean bulk.

workout days are totally different i have 4 carb meals and 3 pro/fat meals macros are as follows

    around 4,000 cals
    around 350 protein
    around 300 carbs
    between 50-75 fat.

the reason i am doing the cardio is b/c i am trying to stay lean for a couple more months and then i am going on an all out bulk.
