    Just started on Keto

    Hey
    Just started on keto yesterday and have been going well good diet (no cheating) and good workout's and cardio. I'm following a 50/40/10% marcro breakdown for fat/protein/carbs. I'm 225lbs 6'2 15% b/f and 18 years old. Is it alright to eat 20-30g of daily fat in the last 2 meals of the day? wats something good to snack on? and what vegge's are good for carbs? i've been searching and read alot about keto diets and will be using it for 4 weeks then a break of 2 weeks then another 4 weeks if needed. I havent felt tyred yet and have been full of energy it's been good! thanks for your help in the last thread and hope u dont mind helping again.

    oh yeah and is to much fat a problm? I'm working on 1800cals a day
    200g protein,110g fat and 20g carbs

    And it you are really into snaking on the pork rinds try Walden Farms carb free dip. It comse in several varieties, like ranch, blue cheese, and southwestern spice.

    You are eating 1800 cal a day at 225 pounds, man that's way low in my opinion, i am eating 2400-2600 cal on my Keto diet and i weight 195lbs, and i am still loosing bodyfat, and gaining lean body weight...XXL

    yeah i think i should up it abit i've lost a little body fat but might increase to 2200cals but when i was trying to diet following my BMR i didn't lose any. How are you able to lose body fat while having a high cal intake? i've got a vauge idead but not totally sure

    Keto diets are the best low-carb out there, I used one my entire baseball season and felt great playing, and lost a ton of bf%
