    Healthy dinner??

    2 whole wheat tortillas(60 grams of carbs)
    pan fried(no stick pam spray) chicken(in taco seasoning)
    some greated cheese and some refried beans

    65 grams of carbs
    45 grams of protein
    (not sure the fat but its minimal)

    What you guys think?

    i guess it depends on your current goals, i have made this before, minus the cheese. it is pretty tasty.

    right now im just trying to cut alittle fat off, ive been back in the gym for about a month, so just trying to cut some BF, and get my strength back before i start to bulk again

    On a cutting cycle I would use it more as a cheat meal but that just me. To many carbs and fat depending on type of chicken, seasoning and cheese.

    Well the chesse brings the fat, and you're mixing it with carbs, but since they're whole wheat its not THAT bad....its ok but not for cutting IMO, especially as a last meal

    check the ingredients on the tortillas they often contain trans fat (hydrogenated vegetable oil). Cheese contains a lot of fat not minimal and its not very good fat either. Tons of salt in the Taco seasoning (and dex i think). Might have it for a cheat meal.
