    No weight loss?

    I eat clean 6 days a week, have a cheat day. I do 30 min cardio 5x/week.

I'm 6'2, 273 lbs, and have been on this routine for like 3 months. I dont lose any weight!

Is my thyroid shot or something? Its to the point I think I need a doctor appointment to check thyroid checked.

I've cut my calories back ,and still not losing weight.

If it's not the diet, it'll be that right there. Go ahead a describe your last 2 cheat "days" if you would.

I go to sleep around 11:00 - 12:00 on weekdays, and 3:00am on weekends.

On weekdays I tend not to eat after 7:00 so I have a few hours prior to bed.

Weekends I try not to eat after 10 or so.

I know I'm not eating enough, but shouldnt that reduced calorie intake cause more weight loss? I understand I'd lose muscle as well, but there SHOULD be weight loss.

AM Cardio, not after you work out, as you're workin gout mid day. Do anywhere from 20 min HIIT or 30-45 Low Intensity and work your way up to an hour. That's a start.

    2 Cans Tuna with Flax
You may want to add one more meal to get in more EFAs as well.

Actually, I'd refer to the cutting sticky, and formulate something else too....even what I suggested seems off...I was just going with what you already had.

Gunit's ideas are spot of for cardio. I do 60 mins in the morning on non-workout days and 20 mins HIIT after lifting on workout days. Avoid the fruits later in the day, eat your fruit (in moderation) in the morning and stick with veggies at night. Stop eating about 2-3 hours before bed, not 5 hours like you've been doing. You still haven't informed us as to what a cheat day entails> Lots of clean food is good, gorging on junk will destroy your week. If i were you, (and i'm close - 260 at 24%, ****in acl) i wouldn't eat less than 2200 cal's a day on the low calorie days, eating up to 3000-3300 on re-feed days.

well from looking at your diet that mizfit posted...your macros are not up to par (way low and only 5 meals per day). Like I told you to do before, post the macros for each meal and final macros and we would critique. Lose the cheat day, one day is way too much while cutting IMO.
