    sodium

    Everyone knows all those Diet Tv dinners, they say low low fat and all this other shit...but wut is it has high sodium....is that just as bad?

    i'm confused by your question... are you asking if sodium is bad? if so-sodium shouldn't be an issue if you're drinking enough water
