Lo guys hope u dont mind me dropping in...

Im looking for a basic diet for a friend...i appreciate theres a sticky diet up the top but looking for somthing over 7 days.

Hes 14 stone 4 200 pounds approx .. hieght 5"9

Work out : approx 5 hours per week

Cardio 2 hours 30 mins and 2 hours 30 mins wieghts

Diet whatevers in the cupboard at the time haha

All he wants is a basic guideline 7 day examples of what to eat and when to eat.

Hes looking to get down to around 13 stone over the period it takes.

Cheers guys if this is somthing he should go to a nutrisionist for could you state please.
