    oats with some flava flav!!!

    i have searched da site and couldnt find any answers which is weird b/c i thought i deff would be able to, anyways what the hell can i put in my oats besides splenda to give them a lil taste, if there isnt anything ill keep eating them but just something anything for some what of a taste?.....what do you all do?

    I cook mine with milk and after put some no sugar added applesauce in it with some artificial brown sugar and cinnamon.

    I like mine with cal free maple syrup...even though that stuff is ridiculously expensive...fuxxing stuf.

    All I do for mine is 100g oats, chop up banana, mix berries like strawberrys/blueberrys , mix them in with the oats, and im ready to go.
    YUMYUM! love it good for any time of the day.
    If you get bored of Oats, wheetabix new ceral called OATABIX is very tasty, two oatabix give you 12.5g protein , 34g carbs , low suger, low fat. can add seeds and nuts and fruit to it.
    This is making me hungry I might go make a bowel!

    Alright, here is how real men do oats:

    Step 1: Quaker ****ing Steel Rolled Oats. Don't buy that shitty chopped-up quick cooking crap either.

    Step 2: Scoop oats into bowl.

    Step 3: Add non-fat milk and pound that shit. Add a few raisins if you're into that.

    Don't ever cook the oats -- seriously, how can anyone manage to down that goopy slop? Besides, for all the no-bake cookie lovers out there, this is the next best thing.

    Uncooked oats is the way to go.

    milk has way to much sugar if cutting, besides PWO

    Waldens sugar free calorie free syrup expensive but damn good...

    I usually do this in the morning oats 2 tablespoons of instant coffe and splenda cook and eat.
