Need help with my diet
Hey guys, im in the process of trying to start on a diet for bulking. no gear incorporated this time, im just going to try a good ol' diet. Please critique how im doing right now. I KNOW IT NEEDS REVISION, so please try not to flame too much.
Stats:
22 yrs old.
191 lbs.
13% BF
Have one cycle under my belt, but before i do another im tryin to get my diet down...
9:30 AM
5 whole eggs, a sprinkle of feta.
2000mgs vit C, 4750mgs Fish Oil, Multi Vitamin
1:00PM
1/2 pd. turkey burger from 97/3 lean ground turkey.
1 cup plain oatmeal.
3:00ishPM
2 Cans Tuna. Mixed with some pickle juice/pepper/ 1tbspn mayo.
5:00PM
Work Out.
6:00PMish
Pre workout, I take 2 1/2 scoops no explode.
Post workout shake (Cyto Gainer 54g pro 84g carbs 3.5g fats). Animal Pak amino acids.
8:00PMish
Dinner. Now, dinner usually varies, and im curious what a good dinner would be? I've heard to keep carbs down after 7pm? Am I looking for lean proteins, or should I just down another shake with some oatmeal?

This meal is your first meal of the day with no carbs and about 30 grams of protein. You may want to do egg whites one whole and oats. Also your eating yolks which is a source of fat plus your taking in Fish oil.
1:00PM
1/2 pd. turkey burger from 97/3 lean ground turkey.

I would add carbs here because you have only 1 carb meal at 1

This is myth. Thermogyenic effects do not magically stop after 7pm. In your situation you need a PWWO meal. Of Carbs/Pro/Fat. To feed your muscles after your workout.
Okay.. Have you taken a look at the bulking sticky on this board? UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet... there are numerous other from nova and i**mfkr etc....
In summary your not eating enough.

First off, thanks so much for helping me with this. I struggle with diets. Nows, should I move the fish oils to mid afternoon then??? Is it ok to just stick to plain oatmeal for my source of carbs, or do i need to mix up carb sources?

You still need alot of work on the diet though i mean your not eating enough you need to add a few more meals. also total kcal and macros will help aid the process.
did you look at those links?
I would try to switch the carb sources a bit. (potatoes, yams,oats, brown rice, grits) cheap stuff

Macros.. are the amounts of Kcal, Protein, carbs and fat in each meal
go to www.fitday.com sign up its free and u can enter all the food u eat in there and it will give ur daily totals
