New Diet and Totals for Today.. PLEASE CRITIQUE
I know it prob needs work im willing to work with your suggestions..
Im looking to cut will keeping my size

To start I would cut the milk out ofr your protein shake. Just mix it with water or coffee. Unnecessary bloat can be associated with even 8oz of milk per day.

Try keeping protein content the same for each meal. Dont get 65g in some and 14g in others. Thats horrible. Also dont take in so many protein shakes, I mean you have two in your first two meals of the day.

Much better. a few things.. breakfast is to many cals in one sitting also the jam and cereal need to go ...
I think you may want to add a bit more protien about 50-75 more grams your 190 correct at this moment? thus brining ur cals to possibly 3000.
but its much better!

thanks for your help..i'll be altering it slightly again tomorrow..didn't realize i was putting all those cals in me in one sitting..i made some progress from my first post lol..
